Today instead of having classes at CET, we ventured outside of the city of Prague to the town of Kuntá Hora.
Once we got into Kuntá Hora we stopped at an Ossuary commonly known as the bone church. (There was a no photo rule inside the church) Inside there are towers and pyramids of human remains as well as a bone chandelier. There was the option to give an offering and to light a candle and some of us did just that.

We headed over to the church of the assumption of our lady. We explored the church and we were able to venture into the attic. The art within this church was truly beautiful.

Our final church of the day is the cathedral of St. Barbara who is the patron saint for dangerous professions and miners.

After a break for lunch and to explore the town we all met back up to explore the museum of modern art. I think it’s safe to say some of us enjoyed the children’s play area more than the art itself.

After a full and exciting day in Kuntá Hora, we are now back at our apartments more enriched and ready to sleep.
